Computer Modeling of the Lyophilization Process

ABSTRACT: This INSIGHT demonstrates just how deceptively is the lyophilization process. From this discussion you will see that it appears far easier to develop a computer model an automobile than  a computer model for am unknown biotech or pharmaceutical formulation where there can be careful control of the composition of the formulation. If such relatively simple systems defy generating a computer lyophilization process one can only wonder how one could implement more complex systems such as a vaccine or serum based product.
