General Information
Phase Technologies, Inc., formally known as T. A. Jennings Associates, Inc., is an independent organization that was founded in 1978 by Dr. Thomas A. Jennings. Since that time we have provided services in the field of lyophilization to over 150 biotechnology, diagnostic and pharmaceuticals companies.
We have developed a number of instruments that are directly applicable to the lyohilization process. For example, thermal analyses for over 2,000 formulations have been conducted in our patented D2 and DTA thermal analysis instrument. Recently we have developed a Drying Process Monitor (DPM) that calorimetrically monitors the lyophilization process. See our page on Publications.
Phase was the first organization to offer a public seminar on the topic of lyophilization and it is the longest running seminar in the United States. Our interactive workshop can be conducted at a client’s facility.
Dr. Jennings is available to perform consulting on the lyophilization process and its associated equipment. Such consulting includes an audit of the lyophilization capabilities, IQ and OQ of a freeze-dryer and standard operating procedures (SOP).
