This Lyophilization Workshop will be give prior to the Delaware Valley Local Chapter meeting of the International Society of Lyophilization - Freeze Drying, Inc. (Society).

The interactive workshop is different than a workshop or lectures on a subject in that there is active attendee participation. The workshop leader will provide some background information and define the topic under consideration. It is then the attendees express their views; ask questions or give examples with respect to the topic at hand. Sometimes the topic will come up again even during a coffee break or lunch. Each attendee will also receive a personal copy of the PowerPoint presentation on a CD-ROM disk. Deadline for workshop registration is September 1, 2008

Important Registration Information

• Accommodations: Attendees to the workshop are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and travel arrangements.
• Extended Deadline: workshop registration is September 5, 2008.
• Cancellations: A refund less 10% service fee will be honored for registration to the workshop if written notice of the cancellation is received on or before August 14, 2008. After August 14, 2008a refund will be made less 20% of the fees. Phase Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the workshop before September 1, 2008 and in that case attendees will receive a full refund.
• Substitutions: No substitutions will be permitted prior to the start of the workshop or during the course of the workshop.
• No Shows: The attendees who sign up for the workshop and do not appear will NOT receive a refund of their fees.
• Waiting List: If you are on a waiting list for any of the above programs and no space becomes available, you will receive a full refund.

Workshop Fees

Useful Tips in completing the Secure Order Form
