Phase Technologies, Inc. (Phase) is looking to expand its business into the contract research of lyophilized products by offering complete thermal analysis, lyophilization processes based on science rather than trial and error and a line of instrumentation that will enable those companies engaged in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry to attain the PAT objectives of the 21st Century.
In order to provide such research services and PAT instruments, Phase is seeking an experienced business executive to help both guide and grow the company to its fullest potential. Such a person must have both management and business experience in either the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. They must be willing to wear many hats in the beginning and so it is essential that they have skills in accounting, sales, marketing and business planning. But most of all they must have a proven track record of success in business. We are certainly interested in what you think you can do but more important what accomplishments you have achieved in the past.
